• 1.Will I pay the international fee?


      Magicycle does not charge any extra fee from our customers.

      The international fee associated with your payment depends on your bank. Please be aware that certain banks may charge this fee.
      If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding the international fee, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly for further clarification.

    • 2.Do I need to pay the sale tax?


      Please note that your order does not include any sales or VAT tax. When you proceed to checkout, the total price displayed will cover the cost of the item itself as well as shipping fees, if necessary.

    • 3.When will I be charged?


      Upon placing your order, whether it is a pre-order or on backorder, your credit card will be charged immediately. Please note that by making a purchase, customers acknowledge the possibility of a delay in the projected delivery date, regardless of the expected shipping timeframe for the item.

    • 4.Why the payment failed?


      If you choose to pay by credit card, there is a possibility that our system may deny the payment at checkout as a precaution against potential credit card fraud. In such cases, we recommend taking the following steps to proceed with your purchase:
      Check your text messages or email for any authorization requests related to the payment. Authorizing the purchase will help lift the fraud alert. If needed, contact your card issuer directly to ensure the payment goes through.
      In case the above solution doesn't work, we provide 2 alternative options:
      If you have a PayPal account, we suggest trying to make the payment through PayPal. PayPal credit is also available for your convenience. If you don't have a PayPal account, simply select the PayPal option at checkout and click the complete order button. You will be directed to a page where you can choose between PayPal and credit card payment without needing to register for PayPal.
